The
Head Prefect has the
highest authority among all Prefects. He will be directly
responsible to the Discipline Master and discipline teachers.
Record forms will be collected from Senior Prefects and School
Prefects every other week, and he shall keep a central record of
all student offences. His authority includes:
1.
Monitoring the duties of all prefects.
2. Demanding
any student to wear his uniform properly.
3.
Punishing any student who has offended any school rule when
immediate action has to be taken.

Demanding any student to submit his
Student ID Card for recording down offences in the Discipline
Record Form.
5.
Demanding any student who has offended any school rule to stand
at a certain place, when the case has to be reported to the
Discipline Master or teachers.
6. Performing
prefect duties outside school:

Demanding students to wear their
uniform properly.

Confiscation of items such as
cigarettes.
- Give
warnings on actions that affect school reputation.
7. Confiscating
forbidden materials that belong to students*.
*Confiscated
materials should be handed to the Discipline Master who will
handle the case.
